An Afternoon of Dramatic Monologues
If you enjoy hearing talented actors deliver dramatic monologues in an intimate setting, come out to Phillips' Mill on Sunday, November 19, at 3:00 pm. This afternoon of monologues is part of our literary salon series, and will feature appearances by local actors (plus anyone in the community who wants to do a monologue). Local theater luminaries will be in attendance -- like actor/coach Joey Perillo, among others -- and the atmosphere will be positive, supportive, and definitely entertaining. If you haven’t been to one of our salons yet, come out and see what they’re all about. We are dedicated to celebrating local writers, actors, and anyone who is interested in the arts. So far we’ve had salons that feature dramatic monologues, poetry, storytelling, and self-published fiction. There are all sorts of smart, creative people in attendance, and if you want to be part of the creative ferment in our area, you should come out!
If you want to attend, sign up below. Registration is free, but donations at the door are gladly accepted. If you want to deliver a monologue, please select the box for performers, or contact John McDonnell at johnmcdonnell@phillipsmill.org. Mark November 19 at 3:00 pm on your calendar and come out for a great afternoon of monologues at Phillips’ Mill!
