The Phillips' Mill Forum

The Forum, a 70-year tradition of the Phillips' Mill Community Association, was formalized in 1937 as a "discussion for civic interests" and attracts prominent cultural, political and international experts as speakers. The public is invited to bring family and friends.

The Changing Face of American Politics: Talking Together or Talking Ourselves Apart?
Dr. Michael X. Delli Carpini, Dean of the Annenberg School for Communication, University of Pennsylvania, a scholar in American politics, public opinion and mass media will join us at the annual forum.

Moderator: Charles Meredith, columnist with the Bucks County Herald, former publisher of the Quakertown Free Press and former Bucks County Commissioner.

Following the presentation and questions, there will be a brief reception and refreshments. A $5/person contribution will be appreciated (students free).
