The Mill is bursting with activity this spring. The Art Show Committee selected its signature image for the 95th Juried Art Show at Phillips' Mill, signaling the start of promotions for this milestone year. The Phillips’ Mill Photographic Exhibition, a juried show that attracts incredible talent from across the country is now on display at the Mill. This year’s Spring Musical Cabaret, “The Mill’s Guide to the Best Vacation Ever!” is in production.
