Prospectus
Entries are now being accepted until January 30, 2022, via Smarter Entry.
Jurying process takes place January 31 - February 6, 2022, by Kelly Sullivan, the award-winning artist and founder of FingerSmears™.
Eligibility: Any artist of any experience level, all media accepted. Nothing profane or insensitive. Phillips' Mill's decision will be final.
This is an English language competition. Phillips' Mill does not have the capacity to translate other languages.
Winners will be announced February 7, 2022. Posts of 9 accepted entries will be featured on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and PhillipsMill.org.
Steps for Entering
1. Click on the Beyond the Frame competition link to Smarter Entry.
2. Check the I AGREE box under Agreement, then click CONTINUE.
3. Pay the $10 entry fee via Stripe. Then click Return to your account page to submit your entry.
4. (Optional) Upload an artist bio in the Upload your Documents section.
5. Upload the thumbnail of your video and then enter the link to your video.
6. In the additional notes, please enter your email address. Winners will be contacted via your provided email for the mp4 file of the video if it is not readily accessible to download through your video link.

Accepted Works Posted Online
Winners will be announced February 7, 2022.
There will be 9 winners, posted daily after that date on our Instagram posts and stories, Facebook page, Youtube channel and PhillipsMill.org.

Publicity
Submission to Beyond the Frame constitutes permission for PMCA to use images of your work in its online art show and for publicity purposes, including but not limited to traditional and social media.
All work featured and video must belong to the submitter and have full copyright to all aspects of production. Any violations will be disqualified.
