Play with Words: Reading of Plays 2024

SUNDAY, MARCH 3, 2024 at 3:00 pm
SOLD OUT!

Join us as we celebrate young playwriting talent. Students who submitted selected plays will see them produced in a reading on the Mill stage.

The Play With Words challenge encourages students in grades 7 to 12 to explore playwriting as a way to express ideas, stimulate creativity, stretch creative skills and discover the joy of artistic expression. It provides an opportunity to those who are looking for new writing opportunities to discover other student playwrights and hear their work.

The winning playwrights are encouraged to direct and cast their own plays. Whether a play is chosen or not, all submitted plays receive helpful commentary from the competition judges.

Congratulations to this year's winning student playwrights.
