‍Lights & Sound Upgrade

October 24, 2023

BE PART OF THE GREAT LIGHTING AND SOUND UPGRADE!

We are in the middle of an historic campaign to upgrade the lighting and sound systems at the Phillips’ Mill theatre. These infrastructure improvements will last many years and will further all Mill activities. The campaign is going exceedingly well but we still need your help to reach our goal of $40,000. We got a major pledge from a local foundation (in addition to the ‘angels’ that will match your donations up to $15,000) and we are asking you to join this winning campaign. It’s going to happen! Make it beautiful!

We think that now is the time to endow the Mill with the facilities that can be found in virtually all school and independent theatres in the area: LED stage lights (no heat, thousands of colors, and much lower power consumption), state-of-the art light controls, quality microphones and sound equipment, sound evenly distributed throughout the auditorium and basement, and easy-to-use sound controls.

So please help us turn the lights on and the volume up!!! All donations are tax-deductible and greatly appreciated.

  • $50: Beginning to see the light
  • $100: Spotlight
  • $250: Lightning strike it rich!
  • $500: Star light, star bright
  • $1,000:  Everlasting light
  • $5,000: Blinded by the light

You can make a donation below. Please make sure to provide us with your preferred address to receive a confirmation letter of your tax-deductible donation.

Alternatively, you can send a check payable to PMCA/Drama to:
Valerie Eastburn/Drama Chair
110 Short Road
Doylestown, PA 18901

All sponsors will be listed on our website and in event programs and will be invited to the receptions after events.

Thank you SO much for your support!
